Why can’t I access my subscription if I already paid?
Sounds like you might just need to restore purchases. On the Demo homescreen, tap the gear icon in the top right and then select “restore purchases”.

How do I hear my chord progressions together?
Just hop over to 'Lyrics + Structure'. Tape 'Create Song Section' and add the first progression you want to play (and how many times you want it to repeat). Then, tap 'add section' and repeat the steps. Continue until you have all your progressions built into your song. Then hit play!

Apple manages all refunds, transactions and financial data, as your purchase is technically from Apple. So all refunds must be processed by them. They don’t give developers access to any individual transaction data. They understandably do this to protect users, but it unfortunately ties our hands.
That said, Apple has a pretty straightforward process to get your refund and can process very quickly as long as the purchase was relatively recent.
Apple doesn’t allow users to stack promotional periods. So if you attempted this, it likely charged you the full subscription price. The checkout warns of the full price, but it can still be a little confusing. Sorry for any issues or confusion here.
As long as the purchase was made relatively recently, you should be able to get yourself a full refund for the purchase. Follow the link below.
